Order tracking, delivery options and shipping restrictions

Can I change my delivery address? If you notice you have made a mistake on your address please notify us as soon as possible by filling out the form below.

What happens if I miss my delivery? – All parcels are delivered by courier, if you need to change your delivery time please notify the courier when you receive confirmation of your delivery.

What happens if my delivery hasn’t arrived? If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking details which you can find in your dispatch confirmation email. It may be that no one was home when a delivery attempt was made, so the courier may attempt to re-deliver this to you on the following working day. The courier company will always keep you in the loop and will update your tracking details with each movement of your order.

How will I know when my order is dispatched? You will receive an email confirming dispatch with your tracking details. Once your parcel has been scanned into the couriers network, you can continue to track your order with the courier directly.

Can all your products be shipped internationally? All products can be shipped internationally excluding our Hand Sanitiser; this can be shipped to all countries with the exclusion of North America.

What are the delivery options? We deliver worldwide by courier to ensure swift and safe delivery. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery within the Republic of Ireland, up to 5 working days to Northern Ireland and mainland U.K and up to 9 working days for delivery to all other destinations.

Can I track my delivery? Yes, you can track a delivery in Ireland, Northern Ireland and mainland UK using the tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email.

For deliveries outside of Ireland and the UK please fill out the form below and include your online order number and email address for further information on your delivery.
